- Subscription data handled through RevenueCat and the platform store

For users in the EEA or Switzerland, we process data based on contractual necessity, legitimate interests, and consent where required.
5. Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. We keep personal data only as long as needed to provide the service or meet legal obligations. Deleted accounts are deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period.
6. Third parties
EpisodePal may rely on infrastructure providers, metadata providers, analytics tools, and RevenueCat for subscription management. Payment processing is handled by the App Store or Google Play, not by EpisodePal.

Your data may be processed outside your home country. Where that happens, we use reasonable safeguards required by applicable law.
