1. License
EpisodePal grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Ownership
The app, its code, design, branding, and related intellectual property remain the property of EpisodePal.
3. Restrictions
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or misuse the app, or use it in violation of applicable law.
4. Service limits
We may apply technical limits, security protections, updates, and changes as needed to operate and protect the service.
5. Third-party services
EpisodePal may depend on third-party services and APIs. Those services remain subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Termination
This license ends if you stop using the app or if we terminate access because this agreement was violated. After termination, you must stop using the app.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, EpisodePal is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
8. App Store terms
If you downloaded the app through Apple, this agreement is between you and EpisodePal, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for support or maintenance and may enforce relevant third-party beneficiary rights.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by Swiss law. Disputes are subject to the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
